@MMXX Did you use Affinity Refine Edge for this cutout as well? The edges are "crossbleeding" a bit, so there's transparency where there shouldn't be (see below). I'd recommend using remove.bg if you haven't tried it already. Here's my attempt using that: @mons

I believe when I refine a mask selection, then resize to 250px image the edges get fuzzy and loss of quality.

I don't have Affinity so I can't be sure if it works the same way, but if you can output to a layer mask instead of a selection you might be able to brush back in the areas where the selection isn't 100% opaque. Alternatively, it might be better to first export the full-size image as a .png and then resize and crop that to 250px which *might* not suffer the same problems when downsizing.
