I really don't think there's much wrong with Baja said, nor how he said it. There are times when I don't agree with him, but this isn't one of them. It's not a bad source, but when better are available, it's not really good enough, I'm afraid.
It gets extremely tiring for us to have to find better sources, especially when they're readily available. It's the requesters' duty to find the best possible sources. After all, if you want a good cut, then you should take a bit more time to find such sources. Otherwise, cutters will end up wasting their time on sub-standard sources, and that's what I want to avoid. We've got so many pending requests that spending time on sources which are not the best is, frankly, a waste of time.
You've been making requests for quite a while now, and I would have thought this was all pretty self-explanatory by now. And if you don't want to be spoken in what you think is a condescending manner (and I can't see that it is, frankly), then find and post better sources

Can you explane me what exactly did I tell so you wrong?! Did I tell you anything personally,that you're no good or anything like that?!
What did I tell you is:
-I told you that your source is solid,but it can be even better.
-I gave you a better source.
-I gave you a link of thread wich can help you to find better sources in the future.
At the end of a day,I really don't post better sources just because I like or don't like a requester.I don't even know any of you.And it's not like I even care about who is on the image,since there's most likely a case that I don't even gonna see that player/staff in my save game.
I'm doing it just because I want to help cutters,to make their job easier,and to get best possible image for Megapack project,and that's all.
