Good cut @hjs, but there's no need to leave such a large area above the head and below the chin. 2-3 pixels should suffice

This looks like it was a large enough source to accommodate a proper 250x250 cut, it's just a question of taking 2 seconds to decide how best to crop it. Nothing at all wrong with your technique otherwise
