From all sources, one of the worse is picked for the request. Here are real improvements.
I am able to use google images... these photos aren't good for an ideal improvement. It is clear that you do not know Roberto Boscaglia.
thanks.

I'm not sure knowing a person before you request him is in the list of guidelines. All of the sources posted by Baja would be improvements imo. Maybe they're not all as recent as your source, but it's not ideal at all since he isn't looking at the camera. I don't know why I have to explain all this, really.

Easy Because I prefer a more recent source than a photo in which the subject looks straight into the camera (sometimes a person's profile is more interesting, isn't it?). If the subject's face is positionated 3/4, for me it isn't a big problem. The problem is having a photo in which the subject has black hair when in reality, at this moment, he has white hair.. for example..
But Baja thinks the opposite way. et voilà.

You may prefer that, but those aren't the megapack guidelines, and they aren't for a reason. A good source is preferable even if it's older by a brief period. Otherwise you end up giving more work to cutters who have to cut 2 images (like rekooner did and like I did with some of your sources), more work to Baja or others who have to look for better sources and more work to me who has to spend even more time checking images, cleaning and replying to posts like this. This is time which you, Baja, rekooner and me could have spent more fruitfully (such as cutting other sources) than catering to your whims, and is precisely why the guidelines are what they are.
If you want to make your own cuts, then by all means choose whichever sources you want. But if you want to make requests, please make sure to follow the guidelines in the future. Thanks.

Mons, yes. I know this.
I simply wanted to update Roberto Boscaglia's face because his picture dates back to 8 years ago. I didn't want to argue and waste your time.
I also lose a lot of time looking for the best source. Uselessly, because then Baja proposes sources that I have already seen and discarded.

Clearly, we're not understanding each other. Some of the sources you have seen and discarded are actually better than the one you have requested.
