That's small and has a chunk of his hair missing, so it's hardly worth cutting as it'll just produce something which is on a par, at best, to the current cut.

It's important to use the full canvas and avoid cutting out the shoulders prematurely - looks really weird in-game. When necessary, also rotate the source image so that the person is upright not tilted to one side.
Do you still have the original sources for both images so I can recut them?
