@tygryseku, before making any more cuts, you need to read this thread.
a) Cuts are to be in 180x180 only when the source is of low quality. In cases where the source is excellent like this one, they should be in 250x250.
b) Every cut must include a bit of collar, however at the same time you should have no more than 2-3 pixels beneath the chin and/or bottom of facial hair. In cases where the neck is longer than usual or the collar is lower down (such as seems to be the case in this image), use the technique outlined in this video to quickly and easily nudge the collar up as much as required so that the cut is in keeping with the normal megapack look.
