@dazzybeat, please take the time to find the best possible source, not just the first photo on Google Images, especially when others aren't so hard to find for what is quite a high-profile person.

We’ve had this conversation before. I chose a pretty big picture, used on Bayern’s website. I’d be surprised if they used bad quality picture.

Also he is facing the camera and not from the side like the picture that’s been accepted.

I do take time to find what in my eyes looks like the best picture. I’ve had more requests accepted than denied.

I think the image that’s been accepted to be worked on is of far less quality, but that’s just my opinion. If official pictures aren’t good enough now for this game, I don’t know what to say honestly 

Well the requested image might be quite large but it is not that sharp and is a bit grainy as it happens, possibly because it seems to have been enlarged from a smaller version of the same image. If it weren't such a high-profile person, I wouldn't reject it, but I'm sure better images are available. Cutting that source would therefore be a waste of a cutter's time, which is why I rejected it. I hadn't seen the other one which was requested, which isn't ideal either.

And actually, Just because an image is on an official website does not automatically mean it's a good source, does it? This is his image on the official site too, and it's the same from which the current cut was made a few years back, and it isn't an improvement. Often, images on an official website are on the small side and larger, or better, versions are available elsewhere too.

The one you just did is honestly not of good quality and I will not use it. Not talking about your work, but the source image. It’s far from the quality of the previous one

And to be fair loads of cut out images have a worst quality than the one I picked. For instance the Real Sociedad and Betis ones are objectively worst. But no big deal, it’s just a game to me, I don’t need to be picky for non important things like that. Although the last Salihamidzic picture is truly not usable imo

What can I say, your loss. Find a better source and I'll cut it myself. This isn't any better, I'm afraid 😕

@mons   @dazzybeat  I've attached the original uncropped & unresized version of the pic on the FC Bayern website. I'm not requesting it as it's probably a bit too small to make an improvement but thought I'd post it to show why the version posted looks (and is) blurry.
