Are you saying the source isn't a good one? Because that's about as good a source as you can get. Large in size and a clear background with hair details clearly visible. Do make sure you retain as many hair details as possible; I'm afraid most of your cuts don't really do that and I'm having to recut them myself time and time again. If you have any difficulties, please feel free to ask for help or feedback, otherwise you can't improve your technique
