This is preferable cut, more recent and collar gives a hint that Tisserand playing in Fenerbahçe. But im still not sure this is superior. But if i was @mons, i will choose this over current cut
I'll have to see it in Photoshop when I'm home after work, but, just so you know, the reason behind needing to have a collar is not so that the current club's colours are visible. After all, players will move in-game and in real-life too, in some cases very shortly after the start of the game. That's why we focus on quality of the cut rather than recentness. imo a 9/10 cut from a few weeks ago is better than a 10/10 cut from 2 years ago, but it's rarely that straight-forward unfortunately.
