A couple of things to keep in mind for the future:
a) There is a little bit of snow near the lighter parts of the hair. A quick bit of clone stamp should help to make them seem less evident
b) It's a pity you didn't manage to retain the hair details with such a straight-forward source. Did you use remove.bg on it?
c) Ideally, you don't keep such a large gap between the bottom of the chin and the bottom of the cut. In cases like this where the person has a longer neck than usual and retaining the collar would not be possible, have a look at the collar spoiler in this post for a guide on how to cut close to the chin and still display a bit of the collar
