@Andrew2012 I'm affraid that all these sources are way too poor for decent improvement,this one and Joseph Joseph for example,since current images are a bit older,but they are still 250HQ cuts.

No mate,you're work is good,as you're working with the best you have.Simply some sources are not good enough for improvements,but at least missing are still missing and we're gonna use them all.Just save your time and don't loose it on bad sources (in the case you already have recent HQ cuts),and ofc if you need some help in finding sources,feel free to contact me
@Andrew2012, I agree with Baja in that it would be worthwhile if you took a bit more time to decide whether a source is good enough to provide an improvement before taking it on. It's nothing to do with your cutting skills, which are perfectly fine, but if a source isn't big enough or good enough, then it's unlikely to result an improvement, especially if the current cut is recent and of a good quality.
While you're free to cut whichever source image you want, do keep in mind that I look at all the cuts being produced and compare them with the existing megapack cut to see if they are actually improvements. I haven't checked this one yet, but I doubt whether I would consider it as an improvement as the quality of the current cut is a bit higher because it was cut from a better source. I can see the argument that he's changed his hairstyle and look and so his cutout should be updated accordingly, so I'll have to have a think about it.
Simply put, when there are so many images waiting to be cut, it's a pity if a cutter's time is spent working on something which may not make it into the megapack. After all, the aim of this forum is to get as many cuts into the megapack as possible for the benefit of the community - with the limited amount of free time that cutters have, it's a pity if their time is spent working on cuts which won't make it into the megapack.
