@celsomonteiro123, while the image itself may be 375x500 in size, the area which the face takes up (and which is what we care about) is much smaller than that. It's so small that it's not worth cutting because it will just result in a blurry mass of pixels rather than anything which can be recognized.

Please make sure you find the best possible images for your requests, otherwise they'll just keep getting requested, and it's a waste of your time and ours if that happens. Have a look at this thread for some tips on how to find the best possible images for your requests 👍

Edit: And if an image has been rejected, posting it again is useless. Take the hint and try and find something better 😉

I'm trying , the preoblem is that I can't find better images, if someone know some of these image requests it would be a nice notice

If no better sources are available, just don't make a request for such poor requests 😕

Good work @Jerry Balderas.

For future reference, try and crop sources even closer to the chin (or facial hair if applicable) - leaving 2-3 pixels is sufficient.

In cases like this one where doing so would mean there is no collar in the cut (which is also a requirement), please find a video below for a simple demonstration of the technique on how to lasso the collar and nudge it upwards to make sure the cut follows both guidelines:
