Acontece que pra deixar só o rosto dele no FM, é necessário cortar em 130x130 e depois expandir pra 180x180, coisa que faz a imagem perder a qualidade.
Sendo que como esse jogador não tem face, colocar uma, ainda que com pouca qualidade, é suficiente. Espero ter ajudado.
