It's a little less than 2 seasons old and he hasn't changed his appearance at all, why would it need changing? Sure, it'd be nice to do so, but we have 300k+ images in the megapack. Heaven help us if we should need to update them all every year.
As already explained to you more than once, just because an image is more recent doesn't necessarily mean it's an improvement. It could be, but not when it's a small pre-cut image which has been upscaled like the one you requested. That won't provide an improvement. Improvement means better, not just newer.
