If you're uploading a completed cut, we don't need to see the original source so save yourself some time and avoid doing it from now on 😉

Also, if you have multiple sources in hand, again please save yourself some time and make a decision as to which will provide the better cut and upload only that one. No use doing two cuts when only one can be added into the megapack.

One more thing, you've nudged the shoulder upwards but the collar doesn't seem to be visible. Just keep it in mind for next time 😉

Finally, there's a bit of snow in the hair - watch this video to see how you can easily spot and fix it for the future:

I don't have multiple sources in hand. When i proposed a source for this player the january 10 , 2021 , i did not know how to cut otherwise unlike some , i would have cut it myself. It is someone else who proposed to recut this player with a more recent source. I didn't want to recut this player at all , i wanted to be nice and here is the result. Yes i keep it in mind for next time. Sorry but i don't see any snow in the last cut out face.

You are correct that there is no snow in the last cut, but whatever method you used to remove it, "burnt" it all instead. Snow is probably not the right word for it

I've cleaned the snow from your first cut using the method outlined in this video and I think it provides a more natural-looking cut.

Yes , very well. I have been cutting that for a month and i don't have photoshop. I must have taken a bad duplicate sample. So i posted two cuts.

To be honest , i don't like to cut because it is very precise work and i have very fragile eyes.

I took an hour to make this cut while the existing cut was already very good. I think i would have done better to watch a film. I remind you that my work is free.

If my work is not good enough i can stop cutting. So lacme31 can learn to cut like i did.

First all, it goes without saying that I appreciate the work that you and all the contributors to this pack do for free, which is also the case for me too, lest you forget.

For the last 12 years, we have aimed to keep the standards of this megapack as high as possible. With this in mind, the community has always aimed to give feedback to cutters who are starting out with the intention of (a) making their lives easier with regards to methods to be followed for their cutting technique to be improved while (b) ensuring that the quality of cuts produced is kept as high as reasonably possible. I have personally created a number of (admittedly basic) videos to explain some techniques, for example.

When images are produced, I personally spend hours every week comparing images to ensure the ones submitted are actually improvements to the ones previously in the megapack. In a lot of instances, I tweak them myself and from time to time offer feedback to users when I spot something which can be easily rectified in the future so that (a) I point cutters towards ways in which their time can be used more efficiently to produce better cuts in order that (b) I may save myself some extra work for the future. This is what happened in this particular instance when I spotted that the effort to remove snow from the initial cut could have been done in a cleaner manner.

There is a whole world of difference between saying that your work is not good enough and between offering some feedback in a constructive and respectful manner explaining how it can be improved (which is what I did). If one is posting cuts on this forum, the reason is so that they can be added to the megapack and I make no apologies for wanting the output of this community to be the best it can be, especially when some things can be improved very easily and quite quickly. Just because we all do this for free doesn't mean we shouldn't pay any attention to the quality of our work or look to improve it, and people shouldn't react as if any feedback provided is a personal insult.

If you do not have Photoshop, I would suggest you use photopea.com as it has almost exactly the same tools as Photoshop and is free as well.

If it's taking you an hour to do cuts, I'm sorry to say you're not doing it anywhere near as efficiently as possible. With remove.bg, you should not take much longer than 3-5 minutes on a cut. I refer you to videos I have linked you to previously, which may all be found in the respective section of this thread. Your most recent cuts are much better than your initial ones, but the pointers I gave you will ensure that future cuts are even better.
