Could you cut this one?
Wait and request it when your pending requests are done
Alternatively, why not try giving it a go yourself using remove.bg and the guidelines in the how to cut thread?

I try cut many times but it is too hard for me

The sources you post are ideal to learn to use with remove.bg I used to think cutting was hard too, but I tried and got better., and that's before remove.bg which is absolutely fantastic and straight-forward. Try reading the tutorials and giving it a go, then post the final results in the guide to cutting thread for feedback.
Once you get the hang of it, I can guarantee that it'll take you about as much time to find and crop the source image as it will to cut and refine, especially with sources as straight-forward as this. It may take you a little longer at the start, but it would take an experienced cutter a minute or two to get from source image to final cut with remove.bg

My the biggest problem is snow around the head. On the white background it seems good but if I change on the black isn't look great

With remove.bg, snow removal is even less of an issue than if using Vertus Fluid Mask or other "manual" cutting tools in Photoshop, as it removes almost (if not all) snow already
Seriously, have a look at the spoiler in this post and follow the steps. Don't be afraid of the length - I wanted to explain everything for complete beginners. It took 10 times as long to write as it does to cut a straight-forward source properly
If you don't have Photoshop, download CS2 free and legally from the link in the first post of that thread so that you can clean it up afterwards
