Good work @HAGeP, but cut-outs are to be produced in 250x250 not 258x258.
Also, all cuts must have a collar.
Since in some sources, like presumably this one, the person in the image has a longer neck than usual or the collar is lower down, the above would be quite difficult to achieve naturally.
Here's a technique of how the above can be accomplished quite easily by lassoing the collar and nudging it upwards:
I'll fix what I can of these, but please keep it in mind for any future cuts 👍
