Not a bad cut @Qrul17, but when the source image is pre-cut, it's often the case that there is a bit of snow in the hair:
My suggestion for pre-cut sources would be to put them through remove.bg after cropping them, which will remove most of the snow.
Here's another way of how to easily spot snow and remove it:
Furthermore, please keep in mind that we ask for all cuts to include a collar, and for the collar to be within 2-3 pixels of the chin. In sources like this one where the collar is seemingly lower down than that, it should be nudged upwards as demonstrated in the below video:
