Hi despite the previous picture being submitted in 2022, I believe the picture is from when the team was presented in 2021, making the newer picture 1 year newer. It's also better quality, without any sunlight and hard shadows on the face. Though if you think it doesn't warrant an update, ok.

I think the source you submitted can certainly produce a better quality cutout than the one currently in the Megapack which is a bit blurry; if you want to have a go at cutting it yourself then it will be considered for the next update 👍
