Not bad @BuurmanDeBuurman, but this needs further work before it can be added into the megapack. It needs to be cropped much closer to the chin, leaving no more than 2-3 pixels beneath it, and cut dimensions should be in 250x250.
Can you provide the original source image (edit: for all the rejected cuts, apart from the Splinter one, whose has been cut already) without the background being removed so that we can give it another go?
Before doing any more cuts, please read the guidelines in this thread and the various tutorials on how you can achieve them so that the cuts you produced are in the necessary format and of the necessary quality to be added to the megapack 👍
I recommend recutting this using remove.bg and photopea.com (which is basically a free online equivalent to Photoshop), using the techniques outlined in this video, which will provide quality cuts quickly, easily and for free:
