@Муса Танакулов, as outlined in the guidelines, we want all cuts to include a little bit of collar. At the same time, the ideal cut only contains 2-3 pixels beneath the chin. Since in some sources like this one, the person in the image may have a longer neck than usual, this would be quite difficult to achieve naturally.
Here's a video of the process on how to nudge the collar upwards:
Furthermore, if you have multiple images to upload, please do so as a pack instead of individually, and save the both of us some time.
Finally, again as per the guidelines, if you are uploading an image for a person who already has a cut in the megapack, please make sure that the image you are uploading will produce an improvement. We don't consider a newer image to be automatically an improvement since we also take quality of source and cut into consideration. If the current megapack cut is recent and similar in look (check on his/her timeline before uploading an image - this guy has had 2 cuts already this season), there is little added value in cutting another source for the person. Just because a source image is more recent than that in the MP does not automatically mean it's an improvement. It's better to have a slightly older image in the MP if it is of better quality. Ask yourself, is it really an improvement to the existing MP image? If it's the same face and hairstyle with just this season's new kit, it's probably just an alternative, and it's probably not worth cutting in the first place.
