@ragadely please remember that all cuts must include a collar. At the same time, images should be cropped close to the chin, leaving no more than 2-3 pixels beneath it.
Since in some sources, like this one, the person in the image may have a longer neck than usual or the collar is lower down, this would be quite difficult to achieve naturally. Here's a technique of how this can be accomplished quite easily:
Secondly, the fact it's on such a dark background means that the black hair makes it hard for remove.bg to do its magic as well as it usually does, leading to a weirdly-shaped head, which is not ideal.
It's a good source, so I'm leaving it for someone to have a go at it 👍
