@ConstantlyChris, these aren't bad cuts, technically speaking, but they aren't the sharpest because they look to have been upscaled to be finalized in 250x250. From the guidelines:

• We don't consider a newer image to be automatically an improvement since we also take quality of source and cut into consideration. If the current megapack cut is recent and similar in look (check on his/her timeline before uploading an image), there is little added value in cutting another source for the person. Just because a source image is more recent than that in the MP does not automatically mean it's an improvement. It's better to have a slightly older image in the MP if it is of better quality. Ask yourself, is it really an improvement to the existing MP image? If it's the same face and hairstyle with just this season's new kit, it's probably just an alternative. 

In this case, and in most of this pack in truth, the current cut is quite recent, quite similar and of a better quality, and so the new cut isn't an improvement. I'll have to check them all but for the sake of simplicity, I'm marking these as completed instead of rejected but be warned that most of these, and any similar cuts in the future, will most probably not be added to the megapack.
