Made in 250x250 and try to keep some shoulders per the advice.
Good work. I'd have cut even closer to the chin and left only 2-3 pixels, but it's not a major issue. Also remember to rotate it if possible. I reckon this could have done with 2-3 degrees clockwise rotation, but again it's just a little tweak, nothing major
