can I throw this in the megapack that I already have and this will just replace the face pic I have of rob holding or do I need to download the whole megapack again?
You can just replace it and it will work (remember to reload skin of course). If you have disk space available, I'd advise you to just download whole update packs instead of 1 face, so you will have more up-to-date faces 🙂
