Source image is from the 2016 U17 Euros for Austria, whereas the source from which the present MP image was cut is more recent and from the 2016/17 pre-season Sturm Graz photoshoot. I.e. it's more recent and perfectly fine, there's no real need for it to be cut.

Images as small as this aren't worth cutting because any cut produced from it won't be good enough for a 250x cut to replace the current megapack image @noxrain.

 

Frankly, I suspect that much bigger versions of these images are available, German teams usually have HQ images available. Have a look at this thread for hints and tips on how to find such large images.
