I meant to reply but it slipped my mind, sorry. It seems like you used an AI image enlarging tool or similar, which we don't want. Using an AI image enlarger just “guesses” what certain pixels should look like when you make the image larger, and the result looks blurry/out of focus on certain details, with unrealistically smoothened skin, and unnatural looking hair/beard/eye/teeth details.

If the original source is too poor or too small, then it shouldn't be cut at all. Can you upload the original image without the background removed?

I tried to remove the image noise with a tool.
The original source is actually large enough, but unfortunately this effect is stored in it.
Maybe you can make something out of it.
