There's a bit of snow on the images in this pack @tv_capper. When you're cutting an image which has had the background removed already, it's a good idea to put the cut through remove.bg after it's been cropped/resized, which often has the effect of removing this snow.
Also try nudging the collar upwards so that it's no more than 2-3 pixels beneath the chin - we don't need so much of the neck to show. Adding a bit of brightness doesn't hurt either 😉
