@mittadj, this seems to have been squashed and looks quite unnatural as a result, can we have the original source please?
In cases like this where you must either crop off the hair or leave a lot more space than the 2-3 pixels above and below the head that we ask for, we go for the former option and include all the hair (or as much of it as we can include without the eventual cut looking unrealistic
