Good work again @Humberto21. You are clearly aware that all cuts must have a collar, but also keep in mind that, at the same time, we aim to have no more than 2-3 pixels beneath the chin so that the face takes up as much area in the canvas as possible.
Clearly, when the collar is as low as it is in this source (or the neck is long), it cannot be done naturally, but the below is a quick and easy method to sort it out, by essentially lassoing the collar and nudging it upwards:
