@sarwins, I appreciate the enthusiasm but sources like these Premier League ones are mostly not improvements imo. High-profile players like these will usually have some kind of high-quality photoshoots at some point, and until then it's not worth spending time cutting these kind of smaller sources, especially when the existing cut-out is quite recent, quite similar and of a high quality.
In fact, the below guidelines for making improvement requests were included with this kind of source image in mind
4. Just because a source image is more recent than that in the MP does not automatically mean it's an improvement. It's better to have a slightly older image in the MP if it is of better quality.
5. Ask yourself, is it really an improvement to the existing MP image? If it's the same face and hairstyle with just this season's new kit, it's probably just an alternative.
