Point 5 of the guidelines to improvement requests was written with sources like this in mind:
Ask yourself, is it really an improvement to the existing MP image? If it's the same face and hairstyle with just this season's new kit, it's probably just an alternative.
When there are so many pending requests, why should cutters' time be spent on this rather than another source?
Of course, if somebody cut it, then I would take it into consideration, but as a request, it's not really an improvement...
