Not bad @OKV, but this whole pack seems to have a little bit of snow in the hair in every cut. When the source is tilted to one side, like in this cut, it's better to rotate it so that it's upright before cropping it. I believe we've spoken about this already, and video tutorials for both can be found in the tutorial thread 👍
Here are a couple of other tips for particular techniques which it's important you keep an eye out, but as a new cutter you might not necessarily be aware of.
Some of your images also seem to be taken on a grass pitch, which sometimes reflects green on the face. Here's a video on how you can fix this quite easily:

A lot of your images are also from sources which are quite dark, which means that many of them would look much better if brightened. The above action includes a quick action to add brightness to images. Please be sure to use it whenever necessary.
@ryqnthekid One other thing about these Stockport sources is that the background hasn't been removed very well - so bits of the ears/hair/chin/etc are slightly transparent, and it would require spending a fair bit of time trying to fix that. Were the sources like this on the club's website or did you remove the background yourself?

If you're requesting sources to be cut, it's better to post the original ones without the background removed 🙂 If you're looking to give cutting images a try, remove.bg does a great job at automatically removing the background (these videos show how to use it).
