Not bad as no snow around,but neck is a little unnatural,and he is too blur if you consider that original source is HQ.

About neck,just a little bit more improvisation would give better look,something like this.
About blur,I really don't know what did you do to get such a poor\blur quality from source like that and there's not much things you could do to fix that on final cut out.
