Looks like I am doomed to no faces, logos etc. Mons, I never fiddle with the user data file

I have loads of times in every game that's come out, I am wondering if WinRAR is working properly

hi everyone, no matter what I try, I cannot get face packs, logos etc. to show up in my game. I have never normally had a problem but this year whatever or try, videos I have watched or advise from people on here, they wont show. I have deleted all my packs and reloaded them, deleted the game and re- installed it but nothing shows. The player pictures are shown in the pack inside my graphics file and the xml file is there.

Is anyone else looking doomed to play with no downloaded packs this year or has anyone any clues how I can get these showing

I am having a problem getting these kits into my game, I download and use WinRAR to put to my graphics file but when I try to put into my game they don't show, any help would be great as this is not normally a problem for me

Can someone help please, I have megaback 6.0 but when I download the 6.0 update,i mess things up and lose all the main pack pics and am just left with the update. Can someone run though it please on the steps to download the updates
