I did install the editor data correctly as per instructions as I have been applying all these fixes for the past 5 FM iterations.
Strangely enough, this time for FM23, the “Documents” and “Steam” folder were at a different location/path. I have been installing the past FMs at the same exact drive/folders. Not sure why it changed to a different location.
Anyhow, thanks for the prompt response.

Below is the “database” option that is greyed out which does not allow me to select on the 9 customized editor data.And also here is the dbc/permanent folder. Followed all the instructions but the fixes didn't work in every new game started.UPDATE: Think that I've figured out the weird issue. All good now. Thanks for replying in my initial comment. Hi @mons ,
My “database” option when I clicked on “Start a New Game” is greyed out and I couldn't make a selection just like what you showed in the Youtube video tutorial.
I haven't had any issues for the last 5 FMs installed via Steam. Redownloaded, reinstalled FM23 and reapplied the fixes for 5 times now and the “database” is still greyed out.
Any idea how to sort this out?

Hi. Sorry to ask this but why did the English Premier League substitutions rule only allowed max of 3 subs per game?
Thought the earlier update it was fixed at max of 5 subs, as per current real EPL rules?
