The club manager is a role not present in the FM23 staff, unless this is done wrongly, they fire the current first team coach to put the eventual club manager in his place

Warning, this is a serious mistake. The Inter coach of the first team is Inzaghi. Ferri is the club manager, a role that in Italy acts as a glue between players (team) and club. This database change must be disabled or an entire championship will be distorte, because ferri never is a coach while Inzaghi is a coach, the real coach and a Great coach
