If you clicking replace faces and nothing is happen it because of the sub folders. Happened to me so it should be like the example below on where you install your games.
F:\FM24 Save\graphics\URAN Visible Kits\players\male . this is where you put the graphic.
On the FMZ tool you should have the image directory as F:\FM24 Save\graphics\URAN Visible Kits/

How did you add the ID number under each staff member in the inbox? Never seen it it any other skin. Helps a lot with putting in faces for my assistance and other member of the team. What panel if I could ask?

If you are using extra editor files for the game the face won't work most of the time cause the ID would be different, just have to manually change it unless you are only using this file only.

So I started a save at about 100,000 players just to simulate games. Now it is 15 years in and the player count is at 157,000. I thought the game try to keep the player counts at around what you started at. Is that normal to keep having players increasing each year? I'm trying to get to 100 years simulation. By this count it will be way over 200,000 players soon.
