I'm using this facepack and I love the faces, although I just assign them manually to my own team (I don't use the newgan manager to assign them to all newgens). 

One thing I'd like to recommend for future new faces and so on is to increase the # of available Caucasian faces with black hair. The vast majority of Caucasian faces have brown hair. I don't have the data for the frequency with which black hair appears in Caucasians, but it certainly seems like FM generates Caucasian players with black hair with regularity.

Hi all. 

I'm using these faces, but in a bit of a different way, and I'm running into a problem I can't quite figure out.

I'm playing in the 9th division of English football. So, obviously there are no real faces for even non-newgens. So, I downloaded the facepack from here and modified my config.xml to load the custom faces just for my squad. I'm not using the newgan manager at all (yet). 

And this worked great! All of my players have the awesome new cutout faces, and I love it! Today, though, all of a sudden, four of my players are back to the ugly SI cartoony profile pictures. And no matter what I try, I can't seem to get them back to the nice cutout faces.

Here's what I tried to troubleshoot:

• I went back into the config.xml file, and everything looks the same there. These four players still have rows in the config, and they look just like all of the other records.
• I double-checked the folder where the face images sit, and all of those images are still there, and correctly referenced in the config.xml.
• I tried clearing the cache and reloading the skin again.
• I tried changing one of the affected rows to reference a different file. No change.

The ONLY thing that I can think of that changed is that I had to restart the game. I attached a screenshot of the relevant part of my config file. The highlighted rows are the ones that are no longer working. But as I said, nothing has changed.

Any suggestions?
