The FM database is created by SI, who have many researchers around the world who populate the database. It then depends on how in-depth and knowledgeable the researchers are about the players/team. The lower-profile the players, the more likely it is that more of the attributes will be random, though there may be some attributes which are fixed.

This is a public forum. 

Earlier today, there was an upload by you on the guides section of an image for this player. Since that is not the right place for that, I pointed you here so that you know where it should be uploaded. I've done it already, it's just for your future reference in case you want to upload other images in the future 👍
