Yes, Ligue 1 and Ligue 2 fixed for the TV money.

@genzo86 I have to keep the same file name if I want to have the same link for mediafire. For the changes, I write it during the new releases.

OK, I looked and I seen where was the problem for French League. It's corrected.

@ATP and @Uwe Seeler : For French league, it's the only update that I did not do it myself. I just gave a little help at manageronline.fr ( https://manageronline.fr/fm18-update-n3mo/ ) but I didn't touch at the TV money. So, I don't know.
I will ask them

Changes to 03/12/2017
- 24 new updates:
Africa: Nigeria
North America: The 7 Central American countries: Belize, Costa Rica, El Salvador, Guatemala, Honduras, Nicaragua, Panama (New articles: 2nd division this year for Honduras and Nicaragua!)
Oceania: 14 updates + 2 continental competitions: ALL Oceania is made!

Improvements:
- Serbia: Deleting of Plays-Offs for 1st division, from season 2018/2019, like IRL.
- South Korea: fix rules on the foreigners for 3rd, 4th and 5th division
- Poland: minor improvements

@MatthewFR23 For Africa countries, I did Nigeria. But for the rest, this will come in last, after the Concacaf countries, because Africa database is very neglected in FM and it is therefore difficult to make good updates !

@ovidiu10 In fact, it's not really a format change. It's that from season 2018/2019, the 5 groups of 3rd division will have 16 clubs, as it should be normally

@Gendo No. It was just a minor issue, the clubs were not in the good leagues sometimes,I've had a report on that and so I corrected.

@Uwe Seeler : For France, the 3rd division is an original league of SIgames. So, the TV money have not been deleted. And I'm not sure that IRL, they have a lot of TV rights money!

@iur04 : no sorry, I would not do portugal because I tried and I have very little information on this and the 3rd division changes format in 2018/2019, so it's very very complicated or even impossible.

@genzo86 : yes but later. I saturate a little now, so I do a mini-break in my updates. But for the next release, there will be all Oceania countries and the best countries in North America and Africa!

Yes, it's weird because they have training and youngs structures rated 2/20 in the editor, and there is no information on the recruitment of Portuguese players in the editor, for this club
So, I think that is hardcoded, but I don't know why. I can't do anything about it.

I just added in more the 5th (and last) division for Israel (for my personal game ) with the cups for Level4 and Level5 which are qualifying for the Israel State Cup. (winners and finalist for Level4 cups and winner for Level5 cups). I rebuilded the Israel State Cup , like in the reality.

@draykid I don't have this problem. So, I think other files that you have downloaded in editor data that is conflicting with my files.

- Improvement fixtures (and break period) for updates of India, Russia and Wales

- Fix name for Surinam league (conflict with Croatia 3rd div.)
- Format 2017 for Taiwan league

It's not possible for Kosovo teams, it's hardcoded by Sigames.

I added Iceland league Cup 2 for Iceland , updated Taiwan league with 2017 format (apertura and clausura stage then final between the 2 stages winners) and put real relegations for Finland and Ukraine 3rd divisions.
