I've done that, i deleted EVERYTHING. 

Started completely fresh and still no faces. 

So weird, I've the added your skin, stadium background, logos and all work perfectly.

 

But all default faces are entirely missing.

Bizarre 

 

Hey jst  wanted to say a thankyou again for your help, i got it all sorted.

I went back into the face packs config file, highlighted all and then unselected all, saved and boom working. Very confusing but now i have your skin with faces, badges and stadiums… lifes great

I would try and remove any face packs you might have added in the graphics folder, just move them outside the folder for easy move back

then clear the cache and see if things are back to default

 

and then add one things at a time to the graphics folder to see where things mess up.

 

thank you for testing on other skin, as said not much i can do as it's not a skin thing..

 

i hope you figure it out.

Hey guys is anyone downloading the staff faces and getting no Config file?

I had the same problem with logo packs.

deleting FM should not be needed,

just go into preferences and untick “used caching for faster loading” 

then clear the cache bottom left corner “reset” button 

then reload the skin

then quit fm and start fm again, it  “should” fix your issue. Tho i have never heard anyone else having this issue

 

worst case i would try and delete the deep cache found on your system drive, this way make sure the cache is gone, don't worry it will self create a new cache folder on FM start

just out of curiosity, have you tried other skins ?

not that it would help me much, as if it was a skin issue i would have lots more ppl in my DM. But just to know if it's the same

Thanks for all the help, this hasn't fixed the problem but I don't think it is a problem with your skin as it happens regardless of skin.

Newgen faces still show up, just not any photos so I'll be able to play through it.

Use Winrar.

Appreciate the help, all my default faces that came with the game are completely gone now silhouette also.

So I'll try downloading the face pack again and install.

12g and I'm using the default windows extract all option. Do i need better extraction software?

A skin can't remove faces, only show them. unless you remove the codes for faces ofc, but that would count for all faces

 

try and untick “used caching for faster loading” in preferences and then clear the cache and reload the skin. might even need to restart fm

 

As in delete and restart FM itself?

I've tried starting a seperate save and same problem, seems to be sic stuck.

This skin is beautiful, I love it!

 

But it got rid of faces of players that already had photos (not Regens that I've added face packs for) 

for example, Ligue 1 players that come with photos in FM.

 

Any idea how to remedy this?

I have downloaded the premium members download and then been shown an unknown error not allowing extraction from the downloads folder.

Also when I click on the download it only appears to have a couple of files in it and no actual player's faces, just some random photos of people I'm assuming to be staff.

 

Someone, please help me with a suggestion…
