I swear I thought it was in last years pack, I had it before I downloaded the most recent update. I wonder why.

So would it be possible to use the version of the dbc, edt and lnc folders that I know worked, while also using the editor data files from the updated version?

Will do, thanks! I guess I'm just confused as to why it would revert despite working fine and the files not actually changing since they've been replaced with each update. Seems strange.

So with the latest patch, Juve specifically has reverted to Zebre, even after reapplying the fix. They seem to be the only club affected. I started this save back in beta, so it wasn't affected by the editor files since they obviously weren't out yet, but the workaround version of the fix from early in the release cycle fixed the name. Am I doing something wrong or going crazy?

I'm a little confused on the instructions. So we unzip the downloaded file and copy all of the .xml files from the various folders into a folder in "Documents/Sport Interactive/Football Manager 2014/panels" and if the panels folder is not there, we create it, correct? then do we copy all of the contents of the various "graphics" folders or do we just copy each graphics folder? what if we already have a graphics folder?
