Thanks, I read it, but sorry to be a pain, I just like the step by step instructions for what to do and how to install the stuff. I am running windows 7. So obviously my original problem is that the facepack isn't showing. I actually downloaded it twice, because the first time the config file wasn't there, and the second time I wanted to see if it would download it with the config file, because doing all these file things intimidates me, as I have come to realize that my computer has all sorts of problems, and nothing ever works as intended. :'(

Edit: Specifically, the fmc70.dll file is missing.

Hoping that someone can help. In the pack you say that you have 100,000+ pictures. I have done all the steps that were involved with installing and doing the cache'ing thing, but I feel as if there was no difference.
If players like Wellington Nem, Dzagoev, Corchia, and a lot of the most popular Wonderkids don't have pictures, that means that I am doing something wrong, correct?
