Have you enabled mods? I suspect this is Gamepass's way of verifying files everytime it's loaded, so the dbc, edt, lnc fix might need to be done before everytime you load Gamepass up.

 

I had to enable mods to access the folders as per your instructions, however just did a bit of experimenting and when you fully exit the xbox/gamepass app, you have to actively click enable mods again. Almost looks like it doesnt remember that mods have been enabled previously.

 

I have deleted default Inc and copied in the Inc from the fix, closed xbox, opened xbox (re enabled mods) and it has retained them for now. So not really sure when it is replacing the files.

Gamepass is always a bit tricky to check, but check if the lnc folder has had any of the default files or folders added by the game in addition to the ones in the screenshot.

Looks like thats exactly what has happened. The default folders and files have been reinstated and none of the files from the v1.3 fix are there any more. Is this something that gamepass is doing? And if so any ideas on how to avoid that happening… which I appreciate might be a stretch!

Hi Mons

 

I have used your fix on a mid-save game on gamepass. Competition names etc have all worked correctly however have noticed inconsistency with the fix to the German national team.

 

I tested whether it had worked by going on holiday to an international break and the team populated correctly as your instructions suggested it would. However when I went back and then played as normal to the same date Germany has failed to be updated.

 

Any thoughts on this?
