Belgium 2nd amateur relegation rules and 3rd amateur promotion rules are wrong, now flemish teams relegate to wallonie divisions and vice versa! Also teams are reordered each year based on geographic locations, with flemish and wallon teams seperated in flemish and francophone divisions.
