Apologies for the confusion. The first and initial picture uploaded is actually the most recent one.

Ideally, there would be a bit more hair details, but if the source was pre-cut, you can't just magic them up out of thin air. Looks perfectly fine otherwise πŸ‘

Yeah I understand. Unfortunately the photoshoot media for this team appears to be pre-cut so I must make do with what is at disposal, but it's good to hear its fine. I'll submit them in tiny bulks. Also I had a couple questions regarding collars for some of the upcoming pictures I am doing. What are the guidelines in regards for too much collar, for example more wide/long collars, and those that are higher up. Also for source images where the player is at an angle and only one side of the collar is bulky with the other side having no collar. Picture for reference.

@Ahmi, if you're using a source which has already had the background removed, in some instances this might not be avoidable when using remove.bg. What you could do is to use the methods displayed in the tutorial on snow (which is what we call the effect in the first image) from the first post. For images like this, putting it through remove.bg a couple of times has also been known to remove a good proportion of it.

I know this is just a draft cut, but when you're completing it, try and crop it even closer to the chin or facial hair. We aim to have no more than 2-3 pixels beneath the chin and I suspect that having it like it is in the second image would be a bit more than that once it is downsized to 250x250. The reason we ask that is so the cut-out takes up as much space of the canvas as possible. After all, it's a facepack not a face-and-neck-pack πŸ˜‰

I think I was able to fix the issue. Also I moved the collars up a little bit more. Do you think this is good enough for the final product?

Anyone know how I can fix this? I used remove bg to crop the image. Is this just a problem with the source and I have to find another picture?

Now that I've tweaked them, there's really no need for that. For any future cuts, I would suggest using remove.bg (following the video tutorial linked earlier) as that will ensure cut quality with very little (if any) snow and good hair details. In cases where the collars are low, there is another video tutorial in the thread I linked above on how they can be nudged upwards before the draft cut is cropped.

If you have any more specific queries, we'd be more than happy to assist πŸ‘

It was just in case you wanted to add the collar to most of them, but understandable.

You seem to have taken this personally. These are your first cuts. Nobody's first cuts were perfect. I gave you some feedback to try and help you improve your cutting technique. If you can't accept some constructive feedback, that's not really my fault.

I have actually taken the time to tweak all 18 of your cuts, but if I do so and don't let you know what needs to be done, you'd just keep providing us with cut-outs which need further work, which defeats the whole purpose of this forum.

If you want to take our feedback on board, compare your cuts with the ones I tweaked and see where you can improve. If you're looking for an argument, go elsewhere πŸ‘

If I came across as rude then apologies as I didn't mean to come off that way. It was just a mere case of different standards. You are correct about the part of having to let me know what needs to be done. If you'd like, I can submit the source pictures for the cuts if you think it could help you tweak them better.

If the main issue was the lack of collars, I'd have mentioned it for your information and add them on myself. However, all these cuts have a fair bit of snow, which is something much more noticeable in-game than the lack of a collar and something which requires a lot more work to fix, which could have been avoided in the first place if remove.bg or a different cutting method was used. You've posted them here because you want to see them added to the megapack, but they need to be tweaked in line with the advice provided in my previous post before they can be added.

Just because a person doesn't have an image doesn't mean we'll automatically accept a poor cut. The sources for all your cuts appear to be quite good, actually, but I'm afraid the cutting technique used needs a bit of refining. We're willing to compromise a little on cut quality when the source image is not the best, but this is clearly not the case for any of our cuts apart from this one. I've provided you already with links on guidelines and video tutorials on how you can ensure, in a quick and easy manner, that your cuts are as good as they can be. If something is worth doing, it's worth doing well, after all πŸ˜‰

Majority of them do not really have snow and if anything are less noticeable in game. I believe you are nitpicking on certain ones and wouldn't even be surprised if you skipped through the rest after seeing the first few. Clearly your opinion of a poor cut is uncanny, and I find it quite funny how you can call most of the cuts I submitted poor as opposed to some of the cuts you have accepted in the past or some that are in the megapack to begin with. I initially made the cuts for personal use but decided to submit them in case other people would enjoy them, but I guess you have other plans since a β€œpoor” cut where you can clearly make out the player's face  is better than no face, how disappointing.

For example, if you really think this cutout is not superior to the previous one which is 11 years old then I don't know what to tell you honestly.

No worries, that's easily sorted.

I'm afraid these are all rather poor. All of them contain a bit of snow, some don't have collar and others are in 250x250 when the image is only good enough for 180x180. I'm going to reject them all, in the hope that a better cut can be produced for them all.

I'm sure these can all be done much better if you used remove.bg on the source and cut them using photopea.com or Photoshop, than whatever method it is that you are currently using, because the results produced aren't very good at all.

I suggest having a look at the guidelines in this thread and the various video tutorials for each technique before doing any more cuts, so that you use your time to produce better cut-outs more quickly πŸ˜‰ I would also suggest posting draft cuts in there for the community to provide you with feedback before you upload them as completed cuts, so that your next cut will be as good as the source allows πŸ‘

There are many examples of cutouts in the megapack that do not have collars, especially in obscure leagues without much source media. Majority of these cuts were done on Photoshop and many of the cutouts I submitted are for players that do not have a game face at all and is quite difficult to find pictures of. But sure, if you think having no face at all is better than something then that's your opinion.

Hello, I didn't know where else to put this so sorry if it's in the wrong spot - first time making a post.
Is it possible to have someone make me 3D kits for the home and away kits of Red Star FC in the 3rd league of France. I will provide pictures.

(Unlike the home kit, the shorts on the bottom back have some pink to it, whereas the home is completely solid aside from the three adidas stripes on the side.)

Would greatly appreciate if someone could make this for me!

Can you also work on the Japanese league kits please? I can only find the 2016 season, not the 2017 season. If you can find a 2017 one you don't have to work on it and you can just link me! Thank you
