An agreement has been reached with Club Brugge NV for the temporary transfer of our professional footballer Mbaye Diagne. According to the agreement, Club Brugge NV will pay a net transfer fee of € 3,350,000 to our Company. The remaining net 2.115.000 Euro fixed transfer fee of the player for the 2019-2020 season will be paid by our Company. In addition, the Club Brugge NV has the option to purchase the player for a net fee of EUR 13,000,000 by 30 June 2020.
