You are probably correct it probably is due to licencing or a bug - I've spent hours trying to amend it lol.
I'll try your tip on updating the Inc file - I think I might have tried this before though. If I get a breakthrough I'll keep you posted.

Yes, after I make any changes in the editor I always start a new game to see if the changes I have made in the editor have been made in the game. They all work, except for the French 2 team's.
I've tried to edit the "FM21 Sortitoutsi Licenses Fix - Club Name Changes" file - again only tried to update the french 2 team names so they match but its not changing.

Im playing in english - I have updated the 2nd team name section the editor as well, so it matches up with the with the main club name but it doesn't translate into the game.
I'm 99% sure that I've done what you have done with Zebre U23's - but when I change the name it doesnt update

I'm having the same issue - on the editor in the Kits and Colours sections there is no Man City Third kit option, is there a fix for this as I cant seem to be able to add
