FM24 looks promising but FM25 could well be the end for third party add-ons, the very things that has made FM what it is today. I suspect it will be pay for official add-ons from FM25 onwards. Let's hope not.

You can't, FM needs to identify kits and where to place them.
Yes, place it in your 3D kit folder, making sure that your config.xml file contains the identical name as the kit.
Simple, use the flutskin, there's nothing better !
Right click on the image and “save as”, then rename it “liverpool_1” or whatever it's labelled as in your 3D kit folder.

It's a consequence of the files within the match/comps/eng/eur/ger folders which display differently according to the competition being played. Best that flut answers this one. Personally, I like the variation.

Do the new boards have unique ID's ? If so you need to modify the xml file. Are you saving them as PNG ? If replacing old boards just use the same ID as old ones and overwrite. Failing that I'd need to see the new boards and your xml file.
